Zen Moments delivers one-time sign-in codes by email. This page says what we process to do that, what we keep, and what we don’t do.

What we process
The address a code goes to
When you ask for a sign-in code on a member site, its sign-in screen passes the email address you entered to us, and we send one email to it. We use the address for that delivery, and for the unsubscribe record described below if you ask us to stop. We don’t use it for anything else, and we don’t sell or rent it.
Delivery
Our emails are delivered by an email delivery provider. To deliver an email it receives the address and the message, and it keeps delivery records, such as whether a message was accepted or bounced, under its own privacy policy. We don’t track whether a message is opened, and we don’t track clicks.
Unsubscribe records
When you ask us to stop, we record the email address, in plain form, with the dates of the request and of any later change, which of our senders the request concerned, and a short internal tag for the sign-in screen it came from, which names no site. We record it so that every system that sends for us can honor it: other systems must be able to match the address. If a mail provider tells us that an address reported our email as spam, we record that too, and that record is not undone. We never delete these records. Deleting one would let the emails start again, and the whole point of the record is that they don’t. If you later ask for sign-in codes back, the record is updated to allow them again; it stays in place, and it never opts you into anything else.
This website
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. Its pages are served through Cloudflare, which protects the site from attack and keeps its own connection records under its own privacy policy. Our own server keeps brief technical logs so we can keep the site running and spot abuse; unsubscribe links are kept out of them.
What we don’t do
- No open tracking and no click tracking in our emails.
- No cookies on this site.
- No analytics and no ads, here or in our emails.
- No newsletters and no marketing. We send one kind of email, and only when it is asked for.
- No selling, renting or sharing of addresses, beyond the email delivery provider we use.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about your email address, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop emailing it. Write to privacy@zen-moments.org from the address in question, so we know the request comes from its owner. Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights, and we will honor them.
One limit, explained above: an unsubscribe record exists to keep an address from being emailed, so if you ask us to erase everything about an address, we will explain what stays and why.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
