Why did I get this email?

If you received an email from Member Services <code@zen-moments.org>, it came from us. It carries a six-digit code that someone, most likely you, asked for on a member site’s sign-in screen. Until October 13, 2026 our emails came from Access Verification <noreply@zen-moments.org>; those were ours too.

What our email looks like

Subject
Your login code

A six-digit code, shown as

three digits, a dash, three digits

and a note that it expires in 10 minutes.

The shape of our email. The real one shows six digits where the Xs are.

It is a code to type, not a link to sign in with. Our email never asks for a password and never carries an attachment. You type the code on the screen where you asked for it, and that is all.

Why you got one

Someone entered your email address on a member site’s sign-in screen and asked for a code. Usually that someone is you, perhaps on another device, or after a browser forgot you. Now and then a person mistypes their own address, and the code lands with you instead.

We send a code only when one is asked for. There is no mailing list behind it, no schedule, and no other kind of email from this address.

Didn’t ask for a code?

You can ignore the email. Nobody can sign in without the code, and it is short-lived. If codes keep arriving, see how to stop them.

An unexpected code doesn’t mean anyone has reached your account. It means someone typed your address on a sign-in screen, and without the code sitting in your mailbox, they get no further.

How to stop them

Reply to the email and say so, or write to privacy@zen-moments.org from that address. A person turns off sign-in code emails to it from every one of our senders. The details, and how to get codes back, are on Unsubscribe help.

If you report our email as spam

If you report one of our emails as spam, your mail provider may tell us. We then stop emailing that address for good, and it can’t be turned back on: not from the sign-in screen, and not by writing to us. If you only want the emails to stop, reply to the email or write to privacy@zen-moments.org instead. That you can undo.
